This differs from conventional therapy as it has a spiritual perspective, with a unique healing and intuitive approach. This type of therapy is used to encourage the exploration of spiritual beliefs, values and experiences.

What counselling techniques do you use?

Each session is tailored to your individual’s beliefs and needs. The techniques used will vary but include mindfulness, guided meditations, visualisations, affirmations, and journaling. Other psychology techniques such as emotional freedom technique (EFT) and Cognitive integration therapy (CIT) are also used.

What can I expect from a session?

I create a safe and compassionate space providing opportunity for you to share your health journey. I aim to provide valuable support and comfort by actively listening and asking thought provoking questions. Depending on the topic of discussion, I will utilise different counselling skills and practices to help release any emotions or struggles you may be facing. This can be highly beneficial to help you work through challenges, achieve greater harmony and balance, and give deeper meaning in your life.
